Wivenhoe Town have this evening completed the signing of Suffolk U18's David Lorimer. David is a very talented young man with a great future and is an FA County Youth Cup winner with Suffolk.
He joins the club until the end of the 08/09 season. |

Wivenhoe Town have today retained the following players under FA Contract for next season at least,
Karl Andrade, James Cole, Chris Cowan, Daniel Flack, Adam Hampson, Joe Nightingill, James Raby, Aaron Reid, Lee Underwood, Scott Woodcock and Jeff Shepherd.
These are joined by newly contracted players,
Phil Smith and Jonathan Miller.

Goalkeeper Phil Smith (pictured) has today joined Wivenhoe Town from Cambridge United. Phil also has experience playing for CRC in the Ridgeons League.
Phil has signed a deal until the end of the 08/09 season. |

Scott Woodcock put pen to paper on a 1 year contract after today's game, Scott has been a great addition to the squad since signing from Anglian Combination side North Walsham Town. |

Danny Hart has this morning been recalled to Barnet and will be in the squad for their game against Stockport County tommorow.

Wivenhoe Town can today confirm that the options on the contracts of Daniel Flack (pictured) and Chris Cowan have been taken up for next season.
Chris and Daniel now join, James Cole, Lee Underwood, Joe Nightingill, Adam Hampson, James Raby, Karl Andrade and Aaron Reid being contracted to the club for the next season at least.
Manager Richard Carter will be hoping to tie up 4 further players before the season comes to a close. |

Danny Hart has this afternoon extended his loan with the club until the end of the season.
Wivenhoe Town would like to thank Paul Fairclough and Andrew Adie for their help to keep Danny at the club for the what could be the biggest two games in the clubs history.
Danny is hoping to be fit for the game against Canvey Island on Saturday. |
